There is a $25 deposit that can be paid cash app(6164196650)or cash(3900 division ave suite B deposit will be taken off the total the day of service if for any reason I have to cancel your appointment I will refund deposit! And also give you a discount on your next style you have 24 hours to pay the deposit before your appointment is canceled. make sure hair is free of all product no leave in conditioner NOTHING and blow dried straight failure to do so will result in your appointment being canceled and you loose your deposit if I have to straighten hair it is an additional $20
WIGS must be dropped off 3 days prior to appointment
If you are booking an appointment using JOYCOLLECTION bundles and or wig please contact me so you can purchase the wig/bundles before the appointment

All styles include brading hair if the color is 1b,2,4 I do not supply color hair.No boho hair(human hair for the curls in the braid) you will have to bring the curly hair with you
This business enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.
The cancellation fee is charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.
